Privacy policy
Last updated 10 October 2026. This policy covers PeeApp for iPhone and PeeApp for Android.
What stays on your phone
Your reminder settings, the times you tap Done, your streak and your quiet hours are saved only on your phone. We never receive them. If you delete the app, this data is deleted too.
- iPhone: the data is kept in storage that the app and its widget share.
- Android: the data is kept in one small file inside the app. The app turns off Android backup, so the file is not copied to Google Drive or to a new phone.
What we do not do
- No account and no sign-in.
- No analytics, no advertising and no tracking of any kind. The Android app does not use the advertising ID.
- No third-party code that collects data.
- We do not sell or share data, because we have none.
Reminders
Reminders are made on your phone. Your iPhone schedules and shows them by itself. On Android, the app sets an alarm on the phone for the next reminder and shows it as a notification. Nothing is sent to a server.
What the Android app asks for
- Notifications: to show your reminders.
- Alarms & reminders: if you allow it, reminders come right on time.
- Start after the phone restarts: to set your next reminder again.
- Google Play billing and internet: only so Google Play can handle the one-time unlock.
Purchases
The one-time unlock is bought through Apple on iPhone and through Google Play on Android. Apple or Google handles the payment; we never see your payment details, your Apple Account or your Google account. The app only asks Apple or Google Play whether the unlock is owned on your device. Apple's or Google's own privacy policy covers your purchase.
Children
PeeApp is suitable for all ages. It collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top.
